My name is Allison (Allie) O’Beirne

Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Identity Coach, and founder of First Me Then Mom

My mission is to rewrite the outdated belief that “good moms” must sacrifice themselves, showing instead that when moms put themselves first, they become calmer, stronger, and more present. Blending intuitive coaching, NLP, and hypnosis, I help moms break free from subconscious guilt cycles, survival mode, and self-abandonment habits, so they can mother with confidence, presence, and ease.

About Your 3 Sessions

  • Since I know you want the best chance of seeing the results you desire, plan to be together for this first call for about 1-1.5 hours.

    On this call you will

    • learn what to expect from hypnosis

    • play a fun game

    • Answer some cool questions that will help me to build your personalized hypnosis experience.

    Then, we will wrap up and schedule our second call where we will…

  • …APPLY the hypnosis that we built in the first session!

    (Session Time: 1hr)

    This call is all about application, my friend. Wear comfy clothes, make sure you are alone or in a space where nothing will distract you because you are going to feel incredibly relaxed, most of the call.

    The hypnosis will take 20-30min.

    We will wrap things up with a quick debrief, I’ll send over your downloadable track, and we will schedule the FINAL call for ONE WEEK later where we will…

  • …..Check In!

    Your final session will take place ONE WEEK after session two. In that time you will have listened to your recording a minimum of 3 times so we can discuss the changes you are seeing, what’s changing, what’s working, and where you may still benefit from support/reinforcement.

    After this call, make sure you COME BACK HERE (who said you could leave yet? We’re buddies now. #sorrynotsorry) so you can leave a review of your experience so other moms can unlock their inner badass just like YOU!

  • No, this is not traditional therapy nor am I a clinical therapist.

    This IS a focused 3‑session hypnosis package aimed at small‑to‑medium habit shifts (like stopping night‑time doom‑scrolling or finishing that chore you keep avoiding).

  • Yes, there’s strong evidence that hypnosis works for certain issues (anxiety, pain management, habit change, etc.) when used appropriately.

    That said: hypnosis is not magic. Results vary person to person and it works best with an open mind, willingness to engage, and consistent follow‑through.
