The Mother, May I Community
A community for moms who are done asking for permission to be themselves and are commited to restoring their sense of self & sovereignty.
You didn’t lose yourself.
You’ve were taught to put yourself last for the sake of “love”.
This is the space where you are REQUIRED & guided to put yourself first, because when you do, everything else in motherhood (and life) starts to feel easier.
Why “Mother, May I?”
You remember that childhood game.
You had to ask permission for every move...trying to get closer to the “mother”.
This community exists because somewhere along the way, moms were taught to ask for permission to get closer to themselves.
Mother, May I is where you stop asking and start choosing:
your voice
your autonomy
your confidence
your next step
THIS is your permission slip to move closer to YOU!

Feel guilty for resting? Stopping? Slowing down? Does it feel HARD/impossible to slow down?
Let’s change that!
If this feels right...
You Might Be Here Because…
You love your kids and miss yourself.
You second-guess every decision, even the small ones.
You’re tired of being told to “just take a bath” about burnout.
You feel disconnected from your confidence, intuition, or voice.
You’re functioning… but barely feeling like you.
And you’re low-key wondering when motherhood became synonymous with self-abandonment.
(Yeah. Same.)
What Mother May I Actually Is
-
A community with facilitated conversations, activities, and resources that gently reconnect you with yourself on a nervous system level; so you feel the shift from constantly holding it all together to finally feeling held yourself.
Designed to work with the realities of mom life instead of against them or adding more to your plate.
A place to come back to yourself; without fixing or forcing.
A place to get tools to rebuild self-trust and confidence
A space where you don’t have to perform “good mom energy”
A space where you take off the mom hat.
A collective space to do meaningful inner growth work alongside other women; where your progress is celebrated and you’re supported through the moments you feel untethered.
-
A support group where you are forced to participate/share.
A pep-talk-fueled positivity cult
Therapy (but it is therapeutic)
A place where you have to prove you’re burnt out “enough”
NOTE: Allison is a certified, psychology-informed and nervous system–based, identity coach and hypnotherapist, NOT a counselor or therapist.
This community is designed to support self-awareness, self regulation, and personal growth; NOT to diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care.
If you are navigating distress & think you may benefit from clinical support, working with a licensed professional alongside this community is encouraged and supported.

It will give you a break down of what e discussed, what was shared, and any resources that were given out.
Only full time members have access to the recap. Drop in visitors wont have access until they become a monthly member or 3month member.

Just curious? Want to check out 1 of the meet-ups before fully committing to becoming a full member? Perfect! Join us!
As a monthly member, you get access to the monthly meet-ups (2) and full access to the community hub while your membership is active. Being a monthly member of Mother May I isn’t just support; it’s a signal. You’re telling your mind, body, and spirit: ✨ I am worth it. ✨ I am a priority. ✨ I deserve consistent space and support. It’s a small, steady investment that reinforces a powerful identity shift: I matter; not just once in a while, but ongoing.
The 3-month membership includes the six meet-ups in a 3 month period. (We meet twice a month.) Committing to multiple meet-ups supports consistency and intention; both of which are essential for real, lasting change. When you show up repeatedly, the work deepens, trust builds, and insights have time to integrate. By investing in three months, you’re making a meaningful commitment to your future self and the version of you you’re intentionally becoming.
